Preseed is a sperm friendly lubricant. Some women use it only around O time to help the little guys. Some enjoy it alot so they use it during all BD sessions. ( I used it once and did not notice a difference). I know you can buy it at babyhopes.com and early-pregnancy-tests.com. I am sure there are others too. I have read about a different brand too that is available at Rite-Aid. I don't know the name of that one though. Sorry.

As for vitamins. There is FertilAid. I bought that but was never able to use it since I was on Clomid. It has Chaste Berry in it that works against Clomid. I tried Vitex (which is Chaste Berry) to regulate my cycles (before I started Clomid). I had really long cycles (60-70 days).

I would recommend V8 Splash too. It helps with CM. I noticed a difference. You are looking for something with lots of vitamin A. Most of the V8 Splashes have 100%.

CM is needed to get the sperm into the cervix and to the egg. Did you stop BCP? Sometimes after BCP CM can be very little in quantity. Some personal questions -

Do you not notice it in your underwear? Is that why you don't think you have any?

Are you comfortable with checking inside your body? Some people are grossed out by this but it is the way I could tell the most what my CM was doing. I did not have too much in my underwear (sorry TMI) so this method worked. Here is some helpful info about checking CM and how it helps sperm.

There are a few different types on V8. Try to get the Splash. It was kind of hard for me to find. But I found it at a Fred Meyer (Krogers). There was also a carrot/orange drink I tried. It was by RW Knustson (sp??) It has more natural ingredients then V8. I purchased it at Whole Foods. It has 100% Vitamin A. (It was a hard taste to get use to though!)

Also, are you temping? I did not start this for several months. I had really long cycles and found out my 1st partial month temping I was not O'ing (even with Clomid). My 1st full month of temping I got my BFP but it was really nice to see I actually did O (with the help of an Hcg shot). It can be kind of a pain in the butt but I think it is worth it. I wish I would have started sooner......

No i wouldnt mind checking my cervix...i know how to do them(im in the medical field) but have never attempted one on myself!! LOL any extra pointers? Like do i want to be closed and high? Or low and open? LOL so much to learn here! :)

No,i havent been temping, havent wanted to start obsessing TOO much but I am quickly becoming so anyways. I told my hubby today "babe we have to have sex every day for like a week,Im supposed to O sometime then" lol...my poor hubby!

So I took a OPK this am and it was negative and I joined fertility finder today. Im supposed to O on Wednesday..when should i take another OPK?

you should test with an OPK everyday to make sure you don't miss your surge.

your cervix needs to be high/soft/open to be considered fertile.

I always had a hard time determining what my cervix was doing. Is it open, is it not??? LOL. PP has it right about high, soft, open.

I used to wear pantyliners all the time too but stopped when I couldn't tell what kind of CM was there. So I would check internally. I would use 2 fingers and go around my cervix. Fingers separated and
