Yes, I haven't done the bradley method but I have heard great things about it. But I totally reccommend Hypnobabies! I used it with both of my births, and it was awesome! Labors are usually shorter because you're so relaxed, and better yet, pain free, or pretty much pain free. I love it so much that I'm now going to the Hypnobabies training to become an instructor. You can read my birth stories at hypnobabiesbirth.blogspot.com
I have done lots of hypnotherapy in the past...what a cool idea.
I will definitly doing this if I get pregnant :)

We took the Bradley classes and loved them! Dh (who at the time I thought was annoyed we had to go) really soaked up the information and we put it to very good use at the hospital. For us, it was definitely worth the time and money so that we could make educated decisions about the birth process, rather than just accepting whatever we were told.
In fact, just last evening I happened to have it on "A Baby Story" and the nurses were telling a couple that they could do this but not that and the couple was just agreeing. Dh was all, "Why are they accepting that? Don't they know they don't HAVE to agree with everything but that they have rights too?" It was great!
He and I also tell people to get a doula--well worth the money for both of us. And if you don't have lot of money, usually Bradley instructors and doulas are willing to work with you on a sliding fee scale.
