First Response Fertility Test

For the past 9 months we have been TTC. I'm beyond frustrated and been really depressed and stressed that we kind of blew off the last two months. Each month is getting harder and harder and closer to that one year mark and it's scary that there could be something wrong.

I've seen the commercials for Frist Response Fertility Test, do they work? Have any of you used it? I'm on CD27, took a pregnancy test just because I do every month and BFN today so I give up for this month.

I really want to do the Fertility Test which you have to do on CD3. I just wanted to aske for advice, how it works, what the results mean and if anyone has used it and what they thought of it.

I don't think I would put much stock in that test. I ttc for over a year, had recurrent losses so I can understand the pain and frustration you are dealing with. The best way for you to findout if there are any issues is to see a doctor for an u/s and bloodwork. The FR fertility test only tests for levels of FSH and that is only one thing. It doesn't check other hormone levels, it doesn't check for PCOS, it doesn't check for other issues like blocked tubes.

I used it when we first started TTC because I have had issues with my ovaries before. It was easy to do and my results showed I was good to go. If you have good insurance I would just go have them draw b/w. Since we JUST started TTC I knew they probably would want to wait to do all that so it was something to ease my mind.
