I'm right here with you Angela :(

As for EWCM, I've always been extremely lucky on that front. I've never had to do anything to increase it however I have heard that the Robitussin works wonders.

BD timing- Well, I'm my husband's dream as we usually bd everynight anyway. Its a rare night when we don't...that being said, we didn't get a BFP this month so it may not be the right strategy for ttc.

Caffeine- ugg, this is a hard one for me as I love my coffee each morning and usually have a 16 oz cup each morning. I also love green tea. I'm going to try to cut down a lot on both of these this cycle (we'll see if it makes a difference).

BD interuptions- With two kids, this is a hard one, but it is also where having a bigger house comes in handy (LOL). Sneaking upstairs or off to the bathroom together is always a viable possibility.

Hey there :D
I haven't conceived yet, but I thought maybe my two cents on this would be helpful in someway :3

1. Increasing EWCM~ Normally, I don't have any issues with my CM, however, after an infection during my last period, I've barely gotten an CM at all (no even when I check internally). To make up for that, DH and I used a lot of pre~seed when we BD'd that cycle. This cycle I'm trying Evening Primrose Oil to see if we can increase is some more (and make sure that I don't have another dry spell). I'm still on my period presently, but if I remember, I'll get back to you when I ovulate on how it went :)

2. BD timing~ The women I've spoken to who've conceived (friends and family) have all said, that when trying, they BD'd pretty much every day when they noticed watery CM. The ones that got the surprise pregnancies said they BD'd 1-3days prior to when they think they ovulated. For my DH and I, we pretty much go at it when we're in the mood and have the time, so around ovulation its about every other day for us.

3. Caffeine~ Gah, love the stuff. I stopped drinking coffee altogether, however, I still have 1-2 Coca-Colas a day. I've been digging around for awhile and asking and there's no solid evidence to prove if caffeine effects pregnancy and TTC. So, being that I've always had at least 3 sodas a day since I was 8, I still have been drinking some. Otherwise I get these terrible caffeine headaches and I'm sick for days :( On another note, my mother drank 3-4 Diet Dr. Peppers a day when she was pregnant with myself, my brother, and my sister and we all came out healthy and happy.

4. BD interruptions~ Last cycle, DH and I were at his mother's when I was ovulating and we were sleeping on a sofa bed that wiggled and wobbled all over! Made a ton of noise if you turned over in it too and the house was small. Our solution - Wait until its late and we were certain everyone was asleep, grab a blanket and head outside! Omg, it was actually A LOT of fun XD But, if that's not possible, you can just stay up and wait until its much latter or have some fun with the morning showers :)
