Temping while in a different time zone

Hi ladies,

We are ttc but will be travelling soon to a different country in a different time zone. We will be there for 2 weeks. The time difference is ten and half hours. That is if it is 10 AM here, it will be 8:30 PM there. I will adjust to the time within a couple of days as I am one those ppl who sleep on command :)

Question is, when do I temp while I am there? Do I sleep thru the foreign night and take temp at 5:30 AM foreign time? (I take my temp at home at ~ 5:30 AM). After taking the temp, how do I record it in my chart? Do I say temp recorded at 5:30 AM or should I correlate it to back home and say temp recorded at 7:00 PM?

Please help. Thanks in advance!

When I was traveling last cycle I was 3 hours behind my regular time zone.

I still took my temp every morning, but recorded based off my time zone at home. So say I woke up at 6am pacific time, I wrote it down as 9am eastern time. I also made notes for myself of what time I went to bed the night before and a reminder note that I was traveling.
