I had implantation spotting at 12dpo.
Smookie- I am glad I am not the only one with this oddity!

Smookie, I think you and I are definitely living the same ttc life!

Sorry AF showed! I was going to tell you that the fact that you may have O'd early means that AF showing up early is to be expected. The most constant time of your cycle is the LP (Luteal Phase) which is between O and AF. So you were probably right about your O date. Hope this helps.
I hope next cycle is the one for you!
Best,
Lana

Hi there,
I'm new to this forum, and this is my first post. I'm also somewhat new to TTC, as I just got married last year and we are trying for our first.
I had to respond to this post, as I woke up this morning to the same thing. My cycle is like yours 29-31 days, and when I got up this morning, I had what *could* be implantation bleeding... or an early AF (which isn't due for at least another week.) There was a little bit of blood when I peed, and it looked to be dark/brownish.
In addition to this, I've also had an odd stomach ache the past two days. Not horribly bad, but just sort of crampy/achey, almost like gas. I have been slightly nauseous with it, but no actual vomiting. However, right now, I just generally feel bloated and like I'm going to get my AF at any time.
I believe I O'ed on the 15th, though I have to admit I haven't really been as close attention the last couple of months in the hopes that not thinking/stressing about TTC all the time may help the process. Although, waking up to the spotting earlier today has me doing the opposite right now, and I'm glad that I'm not the only one in this boat!

I'm new, too, and though I'm not sure about what you're experiencing, I'll bet there's someone here who can provide some insight.
Also, as a newbie, there's a really good thread down below that you might want to check out, under "Newbies/Introduce Yourself" -- hopefully if you click this link it will take you there: http://messageboards.ivillage.com/n/mb/message.asp?webtag=iv-pptrying&msg=222768.22&ctx=0
Oh, and AF = Aunt Flo (your period) -- hope that helps!
