It wasn't till I was wondering around the internet that I found out that you didn't have to download the AOL IM to be able to talk to people that use it. I just signed up for an account and then when I opened Trillian put in my AIM password and name and it comes on. When I use trillian I have to sometimes disable Yahoo and MSN because that is were most of my friends and family are and I had 5 kids so I can talk to many at the same time I am not a typer.....and if you have 6-8 people trying to type at you at the same time can drive me nuts....lol....

When I got my first computer a lot of people used ICQ so that is what I got too. Talk about wierdos. I was having people say things to me that I would not put up with in person or wanting to know how old I was and where I was......EEEEEEUUUUUU........lol... So I got rid of it but now you can stop a lot of that but then it was hard to block people out.
