I installed Service Pack2 and everything seems to be ok.  I cannot find my spam folder.  Before I went under Mail on the AOL toolbar then to mail preferences or mail controls.  Forget which one.  Now when I go under mail preferences or mail controls it says to check the spam folder every couple of days to see if something went in there that shouldn"t have.  There is no way to get to the spam folder.  Am I missing seeing something.  Help!  I think I may have some mail in there that shouldn't have gone there.

Hi Jas, didn't want you to think you were alone in here, but I can't help you because I don't have AOL, but someone should come along that uses it.

If no one answers you by tomorrow I will go find someone using it.....and find out where that folder went. Janet

This is a quirk between aol and xp. You will have to reinstall AOL. Get the disc from AOL they will send it to you for free. When reloading the AOL software the software will tell you that AOL is already loaded and not correct and the AOL advisor software will reccomend to repair. You choose the repair option, then everything is fixed.
