>>Sarin Nerve Agent Bomb Explodes in Iraq
BAGHDAD, Iraq - A roadside bomb containing deadly sarin nerve agent exploded near a U.S. military convoy, the U.S. military said Monday. It was believed to be the first confirmed discovery of any of the banned weapons that the United States cited in making its case for the Iraq war.
Two members of a military bomb squad were treated for "minor exposure," but no serious injuries were reported.

Please explain why Fox News isn't a (not the ONLY)
Here's what I don't get about about this popular, hawkish argument you've made; Why are you so happy that we've stopped Saddam Hussein from making WMD, when now we don't know WHO the heck's got the WMD (maybe someone worse than Saddam?), or WHERE on earth they are? And our troops are getting shot and killed. And we're spending billions and billions of dollars. Isn't this a WORSE situation than before? Haven't we INCREASED the chances of another 9/11 or something worse? All we've succeed in doing, really, is stopping a tyrant (which is great) while kicking some of the most deadly weapons in the world onto the black market. Good job.
Or....people with close ties to the Hussein regime may know where some of the old weapons have been hidden (if at all).
Too many possibilities to consider.
The fact is that they were there, and some of them may still be there as evidenced by the two roadside bombs.
If it turns out that there are WMDs found in Iraq, both men will look totally incompetent.
I do agree, that these two shells may turn out to be isolated incidents, but we cannot overlook the possibility that some in the militant groups may know where some of the WMD's may have been hidden. It is a possibility that must be considered.
Kay said it himself -- ""In many cases, he said, Iraq did comply." Note how he said many and not all.
We cant stop the drug trade, which comes in by the thousands of tons, but you think that we could prevent a few rogue groups of terrorist from smuggling in a hundred or so of these chemical rounds?
It is not like it is all that hard to get into this country either.
Since January 1 of this year, an estimated 600,000 illegal immigrants have crossed the border between the US and Mexico and are still here.

I see posters being labeled 'unamerican' for daring to question the current administration, as if the ability to question isn't one of the things upon which this country is built. Do I question the way our country is being led?? D@mn skippy, I do!! For those who think it makes me less American, maybe they don't know what being an American really means.

And it's because I remember that I fight. I question everything. There are days that I feel that this country is being led horribly astray, and that we have entered into this war without seeing the ramifications that will haunt us for years to come. I see a president using our military to make a name for himself in history, so he can finally be remembered as a 'soldier,' but at what cost to the rest of us.
<< And I see something being done about the scum on this earth who live their lives trying to kill innocent people. I see it as a brave and ballsy thing that was started with the USA/UK and it's leaders to begin the war on terrorism that should have been dealt with many years ago. I see a bunch of liberals making this personal, about their hatred for the Bush administration and that's what it really comes down to, it's obvious. This supposed "unjust" war they rant on about isn't even about that, it just gives them fuel for the fire they have always had. That's what I see in the majority, not all of these posts.>>
I don't want to fight with you, but if even one word that I write makes you look beyond the 'fair and balanced' coverage and doubt the veracity of their version of events, I'll gladly hang up my gloves and retire.
Take care.
