"...and this country is really in the mood for somebody to tell ’em what they should think, what to do.”

That's exactly what democrats want--to tell the American people what we should think and what we should do. Unbelievable, he just gave away their secret! I'm glad I can think for myself, thank you.

And how about the celebrity turnout for the premiere? Not a real shocker to see Martin Sheen, Demi Moore, Drew Barrymoore, et al excited to be there. And how about Camryn Manheim who was also there, quoted, "A lot of us look to Michael Moore to uncover the real truth." ROFL.

*sigh* These people...

Please refer to this post before you make statment like

>> What happenend on 911 is directly related to our fight in Iraq. <<<

You can also read the 9/11 report.

911 had very little to do wqith war on Iraq. It was used by Bush administration.

Could be. For my part I've been wondering for a while now whether all this defense of Moore is based on an actual belief in his claims, or simply liking and agreeing with what he has to say in spite of the factual shortcomings of his works.

"even when they do lie, it still makes me call them on it."

Great. I do so myself on occassion, as we all should. Just because it's expected behavior doesn't make the behavior ethically acceptable. Which is precisely where your followup statement falls short, as being "expected" isn't the same as being "acceptable".

I believe 100% Sadaam had part in 911, therefore, I believe we are in the right place.

Did you know Osama's family had disowned him? I wonder if anyone took note of that piece of information?

And as far as the article you asked me to read, there are alot of articles that are published that I beleive a certain reporter is supporting their own opinion. I can show you many articles that support our fight in Iraq and tie it directly to 911.

So nothing Bush has said in reasoning to go to war is true? Ummm ok...how did you come to that conclusion? No WMD's have been YET right? But actually it doesn't matter...there is plenty of documention and memos stating his planning if left alone would ultimately end in a disaster in the form of a nuclear weapon...most identified were the chemical weapons...how about Russia's leader Putin? He seems to have knowledge of Saddam wanting to destroy the US on it's own soil. But hey you believe what you wish k? Also there is a difference between "questioning" the administration and "fabricating" truths and passing them off as "facts" with an immense amount of misinterpretation and editing that suits his own "opinions". He hates Bush and decided to make a supposed "documentary" and used his skills as a writer to fabricate and tell half truths to get the audience who is either confused or wishes Bush out to read right into what he is trying so hard to display as facts...looks like you may be another one of those who falls blindly right into what Moore states as fact. So sorry to hear that. Oh yes lastly, you say the government is supposed to be for the people and by the people? IMO it "IS"...and many more "people" agree and support Bush...he can't please us all for that is undeniabley immpossible...he is working for the people and by the people...just looks like you are not one of them. Poor thing:) But guess what? I am ;)~

9/11 was a huge wake up call for the US...Bush took it a step further and decided to put a dangerous dictator who refused to follow all 14 resolutions put on him by the Un and when given an opportunity to speak up he slipped again. The President is not going to allow another 9/11 (regardless who was responsible directily for that incident) to happen again, not on his watch. I respect the man who doesn't view this presidency as a popularity contest...he doesn't need your support, he has mine and many other people around the world. He is gaining more support as each day unfolds. This war is going to be a battle that continues and it for the safety and security of the world as it stands now...freedoms to be shared and implemented and determination to keep extremist psychopaths from maintaining their agenda and goal. 9/11 is very much a factor for this war...if you feel otherwise you are sorrly mistaken. Terrorism is all over...Saddam could have been potentially the biggest threat to the US and Bush wasn't going to play hanky panky in the Oval office while the planning and support of terrorism continued. You can blame Bush for everything but just keep in mind the men in Congress and the House Rep. along with former Pres. Clinton and new running Pres. Kerry came to the same conclusions in handling Saddam using the same intelligence.
