"...and this country is really in the mood for somebody to tell ’em what they should think, what to do.â€
That's exactly what democrats want--to tell the American people what we should think and what we should do. Unbelievable, he just gave away their secret! I'm glad I can think for myself, thank you.

And how about the celebrity turnout for the premiere? Not a real shocker to see Martin Sheen, Demi Moore, Drew Barrymoore, et al excited to be there. And how about Camryn Manheim who was also there, quoted, "A lot of us look to Michael Moore to uncover the real truth." ROFL.
*sigh* These people...

I had forgotten about that part, just as I push aside the whole Florida deal. However, reading your paragraph, I wonder where were the senators? It doesn't bode well for our elected officials. I would have been interested to see why they didn't sign the complaint.

Gore asked them not to. He didn't want the situation not to drag on any longer. I do not think he had the right to do that. Basically he muzzeled our representatives. It still infuriates me.
Indeed an "arms race" with a multitude of countries. How long will it be before someone uses them to make a point? The US is advancing production of small nuclear weapons (bunker busters--how innocent) with the intent of using them on the battle field. Considering the way they are targeting houses in Falluja, I have no doubt that, in the interest of power, these men would use nuclear weapons. When I can't trust my own government--who can I trust?
Not sure that would work after all my views in that post are consistent with prominent republicans ;)

Well I certainly didn't know this. Thanks. Under the circumstances, I agree with you, he "he muzzeled our representatives" and hasn't bother to take the muzzle off. Sigh.
