"...and this country is really in the mood for somebody to tell ’em what they should think, what to do.”

That's exactly what democrats want--to tell the American people what we should think and what we should do. Unbelievable, he just gave away their secret! I'm glad I can think for myself, thank you.

And how about the celebrity turnout for the premiere? Not a real shocker to see Martin Sheen, Demi Moore, Drew Barrymoore, et al excited to be there. And how about Camryn Manheim who was also there, quoted, "A lot of us look to Michael Moore to uncover the real truth." ROFL.

*sigh* These people...

I had forgotten about that part, just as I push aside the whole Florida deal. However, reading your paragraph, I wonder where were the senators? It doesn't bode well for our elected officials. I would have been interested to see why they didn't sign the complaint.

I am personally always amazed that so many people keep talking about how 'evil' it is to own WMDs when the only country that has ever used nuclear weapons - not to mention against civilians - was the United States. The justification? "it saved lives"! Even if it was true (for american lives mind you..), this is the justification ANYONE would use! Hello???? It's always about saving your citizen's lives! The only thing it has lead to was a proliferation of WMDs, because no one wants to be the one who doesn't have them, to balance the power. But of course those than don't want the proliferation are the ones who - you guessed it - already have them! Duh!

When somone says this movie is what is "really" going on in the world boggles my mind and is what many are saying is wrong with Moore's movie. Unfortunately some people take Moore's twist of "facts" as gospel and that is the problem with a lot of people. This isn't what is "really" happening...it's what Moore "thinks" is happening. My eyes are wide open and just because I don't want to read into Moore's fabrications doesn't mean I need to open my eyes...looks like some people should open their eyes about the "personal spin" Moore puts out as a documentary.

I don't understand the mentality of expecting Bush to send his children to war because he is President and he declared war??? If Clinton was President and declared war should Chelsea have gone and fought because of her father's role as President? Talk about freedome? Looks like you along with Moore feel the President's daughter's shouldn't have the same freedomes we have. Nice double standard folks!

Gore asked them not to. He didn't want the situation not to drag on any longer. I do not think he had the right to do that. Basically he muzzeled our representatives. It still infuriates me.

Indeed an "arms race" with a multitude of countries. How long will it be before someone uses them to make a point? The US is advancing production of small nuclear weapons (bunker busters--how innocent) with the intent of using them on the battle field. Considering the way they are targeting houses in Falluja, I have no doubt that, in the interest of power, these men would use nuclear weapons. When I can't trust my own government--who can I trust?

>>>Examples: This post shows left wing bias<<

Not sure that would work after all my views in that post are consistent with prominent republicans ;)

Well I certainly didn't know this. Thanks. Under the circumstances, I agree with you, he "he muzzeled our representatives" and hasn't bother to take the muzzle off. Sigh.
