<<Ignoring moveon.org would show more class that replying with the same.>>

Ignoring attacks no longer works. In the last few decadesm and especially with the advent of the 24 hour news cycle and the Internet, politicians who've tried it, have lost the issue because unanswered charges take on a life of their own.

< You don't like him and that's obvious, what is so great about voicing yet another thing you disapprove of? Is it fun? Is it going to enlighten anyone? Maybe it's a hobby?>

Uhhhhhhh...hello!?!?! This is a message board! She has a right to post whatever she wants.

The only "good" I saw in that ad was nicer music and a cheesy picture of Bush that came in simultaneously.

Are you sure that they were 'Kerry supporters' and not just 'anti-Bush'?

I think it's funny how people whose opinion of Bush no matter what seem to keep having the same reactions to anything he does.

Michael Moore is NOT a Democrat. He just doesn't like Bush. He is an independent, and has NOT put his support behind Kerry.

Moveon.org is an independent organization, not a part of the Kerry campaign. They had a contest called, "Bush in 30 seconds" and invited people to send in "commercials" about the Bush administration. They originally had ALL of the submissins on the website. The one with Hitler was NOT one of the winning submissions. It was removed from the website altogether, with an apology.

To compare Hitler to either candidate is wrong. Bush could have taken the high road, but chose, instead, to attack the Democratic party. The way I look a it is if he had something to contradict it, he should have poduced a positive ad about the wonderful things he thinks he has done in his Presidency. He did not do that. To me, that is more telling than the ad itself.

I fully realize that...that's why I asked vader if his comment about the ads being made by "Kerry supporters" might not be, in truth be ads made by an 'anti-Bush' segment of our society instead.

I agree. I also think there more Americans against Bush than for Kerry. I had hope for peace under Clinton, I haven't seen much hope under Bush. However, I'm not that well informed today on this issue.

I personally don't see anything wrong with the ad. It's showing just how wild-eyed with rage some of these high-ranking democrats are. Is it embarrassing to those democrats? Sure. I don't see why Bush's campaign shouldn't use their pessimism against them. JMO.
