no kidding, you are right if that is true we all need to be worried. However I don't think there are enough people who care or who know how to change what is happening. I certainly don't know how to start and I am not convinced even voting makes a difference anymore.

<<"The very openness of 'Government in the Sunshine' has been thwarted."..........>>

how easily our rights can be denied. I have no doubt there are names on that list that shouldn't be. It is inexcusable not to open the list for inspection. Assumption: The Republicans have been playing dirty again.

We need a clean sweep so we can try to get back to an open government. I don't trust secrecy.

The scrubs are fact, though I am unsure as to how the entire list was accumulated, and am unsure how intentional it was, particularly on the part of Katherine Harris.

There is no question that election was sufficiently shady to shield all of Florida from the sun. From what I understand, it hasn't gotten any better. And with voting machines that leave no paper trail...

Thats to bad because if it is true it is something that we all need to see and be aware of. It is truely sickening and scary.

Yes, all the information is correct and is well documented. It has been covered in the Washington Post and Harper's and is in the book, "The Best Democracy Money Can Buy" by Greg Palast.

Well, if you read the post, you will see it has been taken to court. Before a suit can be filed to reinstate voters wrongfully removed, you have to find someone wrongfully removed. It's called "standing." So stonewall on the list of voters removed and the suit can't be filed, because you can't find someone with "standing." In order to file a class-action suit to review and reinstate all voters removed, you have to have a certain minimum number of plaintiffs to file on the behalf of all similarly situate voters. Again, stonewall on the list, and you prevent a group from forming a class, because they all need to have "standing."

Shouldn't this list be public record?
