STUFFED ANIMAL DRIVE FOR RUSSIA

Hello,

I would like to start a stuffed animal drive for the children who survived the Russian School Hostage situation.

Will you help?

I need help with all aspects- collection, shipping, contacting an orginization to distribute the toys, perhaps getting the Red Cross, Salvation Army, Rotary Club International, to help with coordination.

I feel like there is little we can do, but this would be a good humanitarian cause. As a parent, I cannot fathom the horror these children experienced.

Will you write me lttlmelissa@msn.com if you can help?

My best

Melissa

If anyone here can help, I hope that they'll email you!

And as a parent myself, I can't even begin to

Does no one agree with me that this is a worthy humanitarian effort? Over the last few days as your children ate pudding cups and hot dogs, these children starved. As your children played X box and slept in thier pottery barn decorated bedroom, these children stood in terror, filth and heat, and became unconcious. They watched thier classmates, parents, teachers be shot in the back. They were burned by explosives. A 12 year old girl, being buried today, was not shot once, but 46 times, in the back. This is not the type of town where children wear GAP clothes, or ride motorized scooters. Little girls MIGHT have A doll. A small gesture of our

PLEASE write me if you can help, or even point me in the right direction. Is there another board I might have better luck on?

Thank you,

My best

Melissa,

I don't know if you have had any luck but I have been trying to find somewhere as well and I found a site that is collecting donations. Maybe someone there can help you. If you have any luck...please let us all know and would love to do what I can to help too. My kids have already drawn pictures to send to the kids and stuffed animals and money so let me know what kind of luck you had.
