Diaz also says a 1930s gun law can be used to regulate imports of .50-caliber rifles also used by the cartels. Federal officials say about 90 percent of guns seized in Mexican organized crimes came from the U.S.

WASHIHNGTON -- A gun control expert says the administration can help control drug violence in Mexico by enforcing already existing laws.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
First off, when they don't even bother using spell check- it's W-A-S-H-I-N-G-T-O-N , it hardly inspires trust in any fact checking.
The "expert" is listed in the first paragraph as is a "gun control expert", what exactly qualifies one as a gun control expert? To me that would be someone that has achieved excellence in the proper, safe handling and marksmanship with firearms. For the liberal media and the anti gun message it just means spouting off any anti gun remarks, facts be damned.
I do agree with the first sentence that I clipped, the administration(s) could help reduce drug violence in Mexico by enforcing existing laws.
On the American side we could do a better job on border patrol and drug intradiction rather then just paying lip service.
On the Mexican side there could be even greater gains made. The corrupt government, military and police could actually attempt to control illegal border crossings rather then actively aid and assist them. They could crack down on the drug cartels, rather then work with/ for them. If they did that drugs and people wouldn't be flowing freely into this country and U.S. weapons (allegedly) wouldn't be flowing freely into theirs. But I guess there's too much money and not enough cajones to do so.
They, Obama and Co + a corrupt Mexican govt, have some nerve expecting law abiding U.S. citizens to surrender our Constitutional rights while they encourage lawlessness.
LOL!
