Obama has wisdom beyond his age

Obama gave a rousing speech in France.  The people gave him a resounding reception.  He was extraordinary.

He is in the class of Martin Luthur King, George Washington, Lincohn, and Frankling Roosevelt.

He says that he may make mistakes,  but wants to make the world a better place.

I think even those who don't share his opinions must give him credit that he is a nice person and have to agree with many of his goals.

He delivers inspiring speeches with substance & does his homework. It's great to be proud of a President when he goes overseas.

STRASBOURG, France - Welcomed with thunderous cheers, President Obama pledged yesterday to repair damaged relations with Europe, saying the world came together after the 2001 terrorist attacks but then, “We got sidetracked by Iraq.”

“We must be honest with ourselves,” Obama said. “In recent years, we’ve allowed our alliance to drift.”

At a town-hall-style gathering before a French and German audience, Obama also encouraged a skeptical Europe to support his revamped strategy for rooting out terrorism suspects in Afghanistan and Pakistan, and said Europe should not expect America to shoulder alone the burden of sending troops.

Considering what influence any given President can have on the rest of the world, it is so reassuring to have someone in office that can actually understand & articulate when talking to the rest of the world!

I think he will not only move our country forward, but build bridges with other countries, unlike his predecessor.

I actually found it very childish at this day in age our President is saying we will give up our nukes first when we have rogue states with those capacities.

Do you have a link on Obama stating that we would first disarm ourselves of nukes?
