What a slap in the face to his old team Greenbay to sign with their mortal enemies the Vikings!

OK , Brett Favre, you had your chance. In fact, you've had two. The American sports fan can throw bouquets and give an athlete a loving send-off once. The great ones are allowed one comeback. But, Brett, you have exhausted our patience and left us emotionally drained. You cannot let football go, and plan to play it until you simply can't or won't be allowed to anymore. That's all good — but say so. No one was pushing you out to pasture in the first place. Now that you have plucked our heartstrings twice and come back yet again, you're on your own. When this latest fling with the Vikings plays out, you can limp off into the sunset with no one watching. Not even Frank Caliendo doing John Madden could justify shedding another tear.
Only fiction can describe Brett Favre
Oh, Brett ... we knew you would never let us down. We knew you'd be back. But after putting us through such an emotional roller coaster we are ill-prepared to describe what has happened. That's why we look to the words of the silver screen to speak for us.
1) Which movie quote best describes Brett Favre?

"wondering if his ego is getting in the way of him realizing how silly he is making himself look...."
I agree a combo of love of the game & ego keep him coming back.
Favre didn't want to leave Green Bay. He didn't have a choice. He pretty much has to play for whatever team allows him to play. I think he'll do well since he is used to the west coast offense.
The brett favre circus is the fault of the media, not him.
BF was such a well respected QB even by non-Greenbay fans. It's not his finest
There was an old QB from the beginning days of the AFL who later played for Oakland in the NFL.......name of George Blanda. He retired at age 48 I believe.
I know his last couple years he was their placekicker, but I sure could have sworn he started a few games at an age older than the 3 you listed. Maybe I'm all wet, but.............just sayin'.
I'm already fed up with him!!
Ouch I bet that hurt!
The fine is chicken feed compared to what he makes.
