Although it looked like this interview might not happen, Sarah Palin is scheduled to appear on Oprah this Monday. We'd love to know if you'll be watching and what you're hoping Oprah will ask the former governor and VP candidate? What would you ask?

I agree that he should be allowed to see him. I just know if I were the parent or grandparent, I wouldn't want him to have solo visits. I'm not saying he'd ever knowlingly do something wrong but I don't trust that his judgement is mature enough, eg. I'm thinking of Michael Jackson and dangling the baby over the bannister.

((She looked a fool during a couple of early interviews first of all. I'm assuming you feel she came off as an intellect?))

She may not be a Harvard Grad or a rocket scientist...but hey...few of us are.

I think it just gets funnier and funnier.

I've heard him on different shows, telling others that the Palins stopped him from visiting at their home. That Bristol has to "sneak out" so he can see his son. The Palins should have zero voice in this matter. If they don't want him in their home then they should furnish their daughter with a place to live and allow her to make adult decisions.

Once a very wise Judge told me to treat my ex the way I'd want to be treated, if he had custody of our children. I never ever stop him from seeing his kids.

Just my 2 cents.

I don't trust what either side says. Both are playing the public.

How anyone can defend this woman as a politician and possible future president is beyond me!!

Apparently, there are many feel that the only reason she's criticized is because she's a conservative and are threatened by her.

I don't see hatefulness on this thread, I see intelligent criticism of someone who put herself in a position for the public to be able to make a critical assessment of her. I also don't think she is a real conservative. Look at her actual record, and you'll see her unwise actions as mayor put Wasilla in debt. Her record does not show true conservatism.

Palin is a blithering idiot.

She can't speak extemporaneously with any measure of syntax or intelligence.

Her degree in journalism was clearly wasted. Such a degree would presumably include the how's of leg-work, fact checking, thinking logically and communicating clearly. From what I saw of the Couric interview--Palin didn't get ANY benefit from her protracted and peripatetic education.

Having gone through eight truly gawdawful years of similar deficiencies in the form of GWB, the mere idea of Palin is enough to shock and jaw-drop. Why, why, why are conservatives embracing arrant stupidity?

Back Sheila Bair. She's modest, intelligent, strong, and Republican. Take a breather from world class dimwits since a folksy and photogenic fool is still a fool.
