It is okay to hate in your heart, but it is NOT okay to hate so much that you risk innocent lives.    This is what that continuous low-level drum beat of hate of Obama produces:

No Contest Plea In Obama Tattoo Firebombing

February 4, 2010

SALINAS, Calif. -- A man suspected of firebombing a Monterey tattoo parlor after it refused to ink an offensive tattoo targeting President Barack Obama on his chest has pleaded no contest to arson charges.

According to the Monterey County District Attorney's Office, Nathan Augustine, 35, was arrested for the arson in October 2009.

Deputy District Attorney Douglas Matheson said Augustine had confessed to throwing a Molotov cocktail at Creative Visions, a tattoo parlor in Monterey, on July 13. He was also charged with and confessed to torching the Lattitudes restaurant in Pacific Grove on July 15th after he was turned down on a job application.

At the scene of the Monterey fire, investigators found vodka bottles converted into incendiary devices bearing the words "Russian Standard," a swastika, and a symbol similar to the British Union Jack with added diagonal lines through it in red ink handwriting.

Matheson said Augustine had visited Creative Visions and asked for a tattoo of a swastika and an image of President Obama overlaid with crosshairs.

"They refused to give it to him and he caused a little disturbance and left," he said.

Matheson said the arson cases began to crack open after Augustine was arrested in connection with a vandalism spree in Monterey. Between January and April 2009, a number of swastikas were painted around the city, along with the phrases "kill Obama" and "death to Obama."

A search of Augustine's home yielded numerous containers of lighter fluid, gloves similar to those found at Lattitudes and the symbol similar to the Union Jack with the added diagonal lines.

Augustine faces seven years in prison when he is sentenced March 12.>>>

Yet again, no, you don't. That's not what any of us said.

((I'm sure if law enforcemnt started randomly raiding the homes of pharmacists, pulling them over and running them through prolonged searches, requiring them to carry their birth certificates for identification purposes, etc. KYOT wouldn't shun the assistance the ACLU offered pharmacists, for having their civil liberties violated. ))

Personal attacks aside, as well as violations of TOS....if these pharmacists were in the country illegally I wouldn't have a problem with it.

I, however, do not play the victim. The DEA and Board of Pharmacy does inspections of pharmacies all the time. I have the proper documentation posted, keep my license up to date, etc. I don't feel like they are singling me out.

If I didn't have any documentation, shoddy record keeping, no identification and let my license lapse and was "busted"....I certainly wouldn't cry foul and play the victim.

What a stupid analogy.

Oh really?

Please tell me where I have it wrong then.

Again, it seems your only plan is to deport the criminal illegal aliens. You didn't mention your plan for the "law biding illegals who don't get pulled for traffic violations". I'm still waiting for that plan.

I think you want to believe that no one wants to DO anything about illegal immigration. Would YOU or your family be the ones

I see your point and fully agree that we should round up all people of hispanic descent, whenever police or anyone of authority see them. In addition, it's our duty as citizens to report any persons we know of hispanic descent because it's highly possible that they are illegal. They can be asked for identification at any time and should carry their papers with them. On second thought, maybe we can have government issued stars to wear. If they're not wearing their stars, they should be jailed. Only then can we be rid of illegal immigration, well at least illegal immigration as hispanics go. We still would have other nationalities but they're predominantly Caucasian so we can look the other way.

And don't think it couldn't happen if we let those paranoid, crazy conservatives have their way.

Or maybe the government could insert a micro-chip in all people born here. When they scan a person, if it's not found. Deport them. ((Shaking my head))

I have a grandson that a lot of people assume is Hispanic. Dark hair, big brown eyes, dark skin. I guess he should start wearing a sign around his neck that states his Great Grandfather was 1/2 Cherokee.

So....the solution to illegal immigration is??????

Still waiting for an answer. It isn't ME that is poo-pooing all ideas. It is you all. Nobody said it was going to be an easy job....but somebody has to do the dirty work. Or could it be....that you all are really okay with all the illegals here? If so....just say so instead of pretending that you are against illegal immigration ...but really don't want to deport any of them.

I am still waiting to hear how we deport "law biding illegal immigrants". I haven't heard a single plan yet.

Still waiting......
