Definition of Feminism

Whether you agree with Feminism (or the need for it) or not, what is your definition of it?

To me, it is a part of the larger Humanism but it is still definitely something that should be kept to the forefront.  Basically, IMHO, it is about two things - being treated equally (equal pay, equal opportunities), and have the same choices about life paths as men have.  This includes having a say over whether or not someone decides to have children.  Pretty basic...and yes, I do support Feminism.
