Here's the link to the new Bush ad. I think it's the best one yet.

Just hit play.

*On a side note, I went for one of my regular prenatal checkups yesterday, and I was surprised to hear the office abuzz about Edwards being announced as Kerry's running mate (I guess I shouldn't have been surprised). They were saying that not ONE doctor in the US will vote for Edwards since he made all his money on bogus lawsuits. Guys like him are the reason we all pay so much for insurance. He is, however, much more handsome than Kerry! ;)

Our insurance goes up & doctors' insurance goes up. It's especially expensive for Obstetricians to pay for insurance. Even when a baby is born with a problem or dies through no fault of the doctor, he/she stands a strong chance of being sued.

Is that a fact? They were all bogus and not one person was ever helped or made whole in some way through his representation? WOW! Please tell us all the gorey details....

I find it laughable that Edwards is being cruficied for being a trial lawyer. Shall we count the lawyers on both sides of the congressional aisle and compare backgrounds? If we take away all the lawyers, who would ever run for public office? I guess we could tap more Hollywood actors; they seem to be pretty successful at the polls these days! :-)

I think perhaps we should compare the entire backgrounds of the candidates from both parties (and not just after they were 40 and found the Lord!). How exactly would you say that being a failed businessman and an alcoholic for 20 years gave Bush the skills to prepare him to serve in the highest office? What about the fact that he never left the United States before he became president? Unimpressive qualifications, yet many Americans were able to find him qualified based on his term as Governor of Texas. Astounding, yet completely ignored by Republicans hovering to go in for the kill on Kerry and Edwards. Quite the pot calling the kettle black, wouldn't you say?

Glass houses folks, glass houses....

I'm sure many were "helped" financially. He won his biggest cases against obstetricians. They were who I was referring to when I said no
