I am not nervous either. The thing that gets me the most (and I believe you too) is that they will vote for Kerry because he is not Bush! I can't beleive someone would vote for someone that they have no idea what he stands for. And they call us blind! I have yet to see any Dem say anything remotely favorable about Kerry other than he is a "war hero". Unbelievable!

With the threat we're under, I think the Democrats have made a serious mistake.

After 9-11, Congress made plans about what do if the capitol & everyone in it were distroyed.

When that plane flew too close to the capitol before Reagan's memorial, the only thing that prevented the Governor of Kentucky from being blown out of the sky was the cloud cover. The pilot of the F16 that was sent up

ITA!!! It is the scariest thing...and there are some gettig so excited about Edwards...Mr. 5 1/2 years of senate I believe and no legislation passed along with Kerry and no experience in foreign relations at all. Oh yeah I forgot he is purdy...my bad I thought a future VP needed more than some cute looks. I am really amazed that someone who can call a Bush supporter "blind" is themself voting as blindly as the defination of blind can take one. I swear to goodness it's the scariest thing I have heard.

I know what you mean...and I believe I heard that about Kerry and what his standards on as to what a VP should be...while running against Edwards he specifically ssaid he is not experienced enough to run a country and then he goes and asks him to be VP??? Am I missing something here? I mean he could potentially be the President and the worst part about this is not many Dems know much about Kerry and where he stands on any issue most likely because he flip flops everyday but worse because of his name. It's going to lead this country to a downfall worse then we have ever seen if Kerry is elected President...I just pray it won't happen...I actually have a strong and good feeling of confidence it won't happen but I pray just in case.

Being that my husband is military, it terrifies me too because of how Anti Military Kerry seems to be.

Boy, can I feel your angst! We were in Germany during the Clinton years. Morale was extremely low for the reasons you've mentioned. I was luckier than some. My husband's job allowed him to come home at night around 10 or 11pm & leave by 6am, seven days a week with frequent short trips to Southeastern Europe.
