Bush campaign obsessed with Kerry

Have a look at the two websites.  The first thing you see on the Bush site is a big picture of Kerry and the lead story about Kerry’s “makeover”, and links to lots of Kerry bashing.  I get the feeling that Bush wants to distract from his lack of ideas.

Look at the Kerry website and there is not a word about Bush, only what Kerry plans to do for the country.

I may not like Kerry very much, and I may wish that the Dems had chosen a better candidate, but at least he's not directly engaging in smear tactics, and at least his website gives information on exactly what it is he aims to do.

Kerry is having all the 501 organizations do his dirty work with George Soros's money.

--

Oh please, will you STOP IT!?

1st, Are 501's even PACs?

2nd, 527 PACs are not the voice of The DNC, Not the voice the Kerry/Edwards campaign, they are THE VOICE OF THE AMERICAN PEOPLE

3rd, If you're going to be against 527 PACs running ads, then tell this forum here and now: You are against Conservative PACs running ads too.

4th, Do your homework before you accuse someone dirtywork. Some people on this forum aren't going to tolerate continued misinformation and misrepresentation of the facts, as a CL you should do better.

Nor does someone remember that Bush's own Economic advisor said that Outsourcing is good for the economy.

Now, do we remember how the Public felt about that comment?

There's a big difference between speaking about the reasons a rival candidate is opposed, and engaging in character assassination.

I wasn't talking about where I get my information. The point is about Bush and his campaign 'bashing' Kerry and Kerry is rising above that. My point has been that there has been Bush bashing at every corner since day one, the only time that I can remember the legistures seemingly united was just after Sept. 11th. There has been plenty of rhetoric and one liners, we see them here repeatedly, and they have been put out there for the last 4 years, Kerry hasn't had to say a thing. Kerry, has enjoyed the anonimity of being a Senator, people don't pay a lot of attention to much of what their own Senators do, late alone one from another state. Bush would be an idiot not to define Kerry by things like his very liberal voting record, especially when he has been spending recent weeks trying to portray himself as more of a moderate. I should actually hope that Bush is concerned, (or obsessed as some would call it) with what his opponent has and hasn't done, over the last 20 years as a Senator.

To your point of where the information comes from, whether people decide to simply believe it, or imvestigate futher from less bias sources, that's their right. I know that I have been able to learn more about Bush by looking into some of the issues raised by Democrats.

I don't take their word for all, but I thinks it's important to look into it.

Yes, the conservative talk show hosts have bashed democrats over that last 4 years, but not Kerry. Kerry hasn't been running for presient that long.

You know,

I use to think the same way about Kerry's Vietnam record, but after hearing lot of discussions on it I think it is important to this election and also it is a plus on Kerry's resume and he should talk about it. Currently US is at war. If we have a president who has fought in war he has more experience to make decisions on war. He has talked about increasing the number of troups not necessarily in IRAQ but to fight the war in a smarter way. He also talked about closing tax loopholes for corporations that are outsourcing. I didn't know Kerry much before but now I know him and I think he is great. There was never a doubt that he is more intelligent than Bush and so he will make better decision for the country.

So I am going to say that "I like Kerry" and it is not because I hate Bush, but becasue I find his resume better than Bush and he seems more honest, open and with lot more integrity than Bush. He volunteered to go in a war and then had guts to say it was a wrong type of war. That say something about him IMO.

I'm more concerned about how good a diplomat he will be.

He means to do more than that, and they already pay close to the highest rate of corporate taxation in the world.

You're forgetting the network of black churches that have a long record of political involvement.

Kerry is the most liberal member of the Senate.
