As the balloons misfire, Kerry and crew are pictured with fear on their faces..... the first failure of the Kerry campaign.... if he's this terrified of misfiring balloons... what the heck did he look like in combat? http://us.news2.yimg.com/us.yimg.com/p/ap/20040730/capt.dnc15907300309.cvn_kerry_dnc159.jpg

most people, when they are terrified adopt a whole different stnace that Kerry does in this picture.

In the photo, he has his arms away from his body, his face is pointing upward, and there is actually a smile on his face.

when most people are terrified, their shoulders are up, thier arms are tight or folded into thier body in a protective stance, and thier head is sort of cowering or looking down. Have a better look at the photo.

Ummm.. he looks happy not scared.

It's one thing if you have a valid reason to dislike Kerry and like Bush but making fun of an innocent picture is pretty petty.......

"What did he look like in combat?"

To bad you can't ask the smae form Bush!!!!!!

Right on, Angelica105!

now why would anyone bring up Kerrys military experience when Bush's was so... jaded.

besides, he does look happy, maybe confused and happy, but surely not scared.

Yes. I don't see scared in that photo either.

Kerry's military experience is being challenged by several men who served with him on the Swift boat in Vietnam. Even if you feel Bush was so jaded, that doesn't mean one can't bring into question Kerry's military record as being necessarily all he claims it to be.

I am very much looking forward to the book due out by Kerry's former fighting buddies. I hear it's already #2 on the waiting list at Amazon? Kerry could still be tried for treason for things that are mentioned in the book. Wouldn't that be a surprising way for him to end this year? As each day goes by I'm more convinced that Kerry is going to crash and burn by November.

I find it very interesting that of the 20 some odd people in his swift boat picture from Vietnam, that only ONE person is supporting him....two are dead, and 17 or so have come out strongly against him, with one writing a book about the entire thing (due out in a week or so).

You're always going to find someone who will speak bad about someone else they knew. In this case, you're seeing some people who served with him who Support Bush for President (Not another Democrat or Alternative party candidate) and will speak bad about him.

At least Kerry can produce people who served with him.

Tried for Treason?

Where do you get this, Sean Hannity? Rush Limbaugh?

Nothing that wasn't said and done over 30 years ago is going to come out.

Attempts after attempts to Discredit Kerry, with an Incumbant as weak and failure ridden as Bush is: The slime on Kerry never sticks.
