As the balloons misfire, Kerry and crew are pictured with fear on their faces..... the first failure of the Kerry campaign.... if he's this terrified of misfiring balloons... what the heck did he look like in combat? http://us.news2.yimg.com/us.yimg.com/p/ap/20040730/capt.dnc15907300309.cvn_kerry_dnc159.jpg

Kerry burned down villages.

Kerry committed war attrocities.

Kerry repeated lies about our troops to Congress.

Kerry knifed in the back all those who were honorably still serving in Vietnam.

Oh boy, am I glad you replied.

Atrocicites: Do you deny that women and children were at all a danger to US troops in Vietnam? You would not. So based on that, do you take chances or wait for the women and children aiding the enemy to kill soldiers. Seeing how ARDENTLY you support Bush and his doctrine, you'd go against your own logic to disagree with it.

What lies did he tell congress? Put em up. You're already well known to me as posting misinformation, what did he lie about?

Nice try, but you still cannot say the same about Bush.

Yes, there are people looking to discredit Kerry (Because you guys cannot run on your own 2001 - Present record) and wow, I already said that.

And ranking a WAR INJURY based on Merit: How does that speak to veterans, especially ones serving in YOUR WAR in iraq?

And really, direct you VERY VERY lame criticism of a purple heart, towards the person(s) that allowed Kerry to get it.

hehehe, placing merit on a wound received in combat. Only the lowest of low, the slimiest of slime would dare.

According to snopes, some of them are.

Also interesting:

Some may think that wounds that don't require leave of absence from service don't merit Purple Hearts, but you should take that up with the people who award them. That, and you'll have to argue with every other vet who's earned one. I myself think anyone wounded in battle deserves something to commemorate that, and believe that's what the Purple Heart was created for.

In case anyone want's to dispute snopes and call it a liberally biased site

Actually, snopes doesn't say these man are lying, it say's that only one of them served under Kerry. Reading their comments, I don't see that any of the other men claim to have served under Kerry. There are claims to have been over him, and claims to have served at the same time and in the same area, but not "under" Kerry. Snopes then addes comments by men that did serve under Kerry, and follows it up by saying that after 35 years, these mens recollections and image of Kerry are possibly more due to political affiliation than anything. Since so many of these men seemed to have served at the same time Kerry did, and claim not to have been apart of or seen the atrocities Kerry claims, is it possible that maybe these atrocities weren't so wide spread and these men can't comprehend what Kerry is talking about since they didn't see what he claims to have participated in? Of course it could be a case of 'that's my story and I'm sticking to it', but who's to really know?

No, I don't think they're 'Fabrications' at all, I certainly don't know enough to say one thing or another other than the people and their organizations believe it, that's good enough for me.

I welcome all the attempts to discredit Kerry, it's working out just as I thought it would, very ineffective. The cost of the ad buys and Bush's approval rating tells it all.

...and there are vets for Kerry...

One thing is clear, a man who has fought in Vietnam, has killed, has been wounded, who has been a SOLDIER - has no problem finding critics to put him under a microscope and judge everything he's done, because he's done a lot.

One the other hand when a person spends the war in some "unknown" location doing "unknown general administrative duties" it's hard to find him guilty of doing anything wrong during his service to our country - except hiding out.

Seeing Bush sit and read a book about pet goats while his aides come in, not once but twice, to tell him we are under attack makes me realize he never had the smarts, the reflexes, or the instincts to be president and he's simply proved it with his actions while in the White House.

A Vet Against Bush:

A friend's father who was in the Navy at Pearl Harbor calls Bush an "idiot" everytime he sees him on television. He says we did not need this war - it's a crime, what Bush has done. And no, he is not on drugs or senile...he does have a slight accent however, so hope no one accuses him of drug use - he'd be mighty p.o.ed

I could find sites for Kerry, but it's been done.
