Fox News, Outfoxed and Liberals

Ok, I'm not sure I understand the nature of all the criticism Fox News gets from THE LIBERAL side of the fence.
I have Directv, I watch 4 news channels regularly (CNN,MSNBC,FOXNEWS,Headline News) but watch CNN the most.
It's been said that Fox is unfair and unbalanced but I do not see this. While some of their SHOWS are very right leaning (Hannity, O'reilly, North), the ACTUAL News that's reported Ihave never considered to be: Unfair or Unbalanced.
Thoughts?

O'Reilly can be a little more free since he is not on network TV. Russert is just a more even keeled type of guy anyway. I guess he got that from his father.
I used to like to watch the show during the 2000 election and during the recount, but then it began to go downhill quickly.
I rarely watch unless they are going to have a good guest on.
Hannity & Colmes to me is the type of show that panders to the extremes in both parties....leaving out those in the middle for the most part....at least over the past year or so. I dont watch much any longer. It got tiresome.
<<But there are plenty of people duped into thinking this is "news" >>
They aren't being duped; they are being ignorant, just like the people who think Michael Moore's documentaries are factual and present 'the truth.'

Bush approval rating: 44, satisfaction with the country even less, Kerry's approval rating at 57
One day they'll stop running their mouths and start running the country... Well, there's less than 90 days left so forget that idea.... Let the slime fly!
