Here's another example of Bush doing a flip flop.

"The most important thing is for us to find Osama bin Laden. It is our number one priority and we will not rest until we find him."

-- George W. Bush 9-13-2001

"I don't know where he (bin Laden) is. I have no idea and I really don't care. It's not that important. It's not our priority."

-- George W. Bush 3-13-2002

Well, they are both politicians, but that does not excuse the flipping on the issue.

I still think that bin Laden should be captured by whatever means necessary.

why is everyone flipping thier lid when changing your opinion on an issue has long been synonomous with being a politician???

My neighbor girl came up to me when she saw the sticker on my car and began to taunt me by saying, "flip flop flip flop" and I realized that that is the worst possible thing they can say about Kerry. So, how bad can he actually be? I resisted sitting the twelve year old down and telling her all the horrible things that Bush has done as my six year old started saying, "You know George W bush is like a bully on the playground, but instead of hitting someone to get their ball, he is killing people to get their oil." his simplistic view, compliments of *ME*... I just laughed and bit my tongue, for fear that her parents would not allow her to babysit next saturday if I sent her home all confused, or angry, or better yet, a liberal. LOL.

YES! Bin Ladin is NOT Al-Queda... terminating him will not terminate the organization. Bush spoke well regarding this. The exact location of Bin Ladin isn't important, what IS important is taking down Al-Queda and preventing it from ongoing anti-western operations.

Do you feel as Mr. Moore does that we need to send all our military into the hills of Afganastan and once we "tag" Osama and call "it" somehow the game is over???

No, I knew it was riduculous to promise to get Bin Laden in the first place, too bad Bush doesn't know it. A second problem is Bush didn't realize he was contradicting himself. The real problem is how to deal with Al Queda, & Bush has no clue. My point in posting the 2 quotes in this thread was to show how shallow Bush's thinking is, and that he will say whatever he thinks of at the moment without regard to what needs to be done.
