He's also hiding where his campaign funding is coming from.

This quote from your link should help clarify things, they admit not knowing much about the legalities. So why would you post the link? Just uninformed speculation is standard fare around here. I would be embarrassed to post that kind of link.

"I'm not a campaign finance expert, so I don't really know what to make of this. Since the data comes from contributors themselves it isn't clear to me whether you can really fault the Kerry campaign for the deficiency --- unless they are supposed to refuse contributions that don't provide adequate disclosure, and that doesn't seem to be the case under FEC regulations as I understand them."

From OpenSecrets

"No information about the donor's employer and / or occupation was listed."

They know WHO gave the money, they just don't know the employer or occupation. That would be people like me, who gave over the internet with a credit card. It would sure be nice if people were this concerned over where the billions of dollars of money allocated to Iraq and Afghanistan went.

It doesn't surprise me at all. When I sent a check in to the Kerry campaign, I didn't fill out one of their forms, nor did I know at the time I should tell them what I do and who I work for. When I got something back in the mail requesting the info, I filled it out and sent it back, but it seems reasonable that a lot of people are new to this campaign thing and are supporting Kerry. And I know a lot of people that wouldn't bother to mail back the info request after they'd already given money.

Renee - I swear you'd break in two if you said something nice about Kerry. Where's the love? So much hate on the Republican side! (Ha! Ha! Just having fun because I know that's what Bush complains about - Dems having so much hatred toward him. Someone will have to clue him in that his side is the one with the attacks against Kerry.)

Wow, wrhen. You managed to get TWO unrelated smears in your first sentence. Sort of like saying "You're not only ugly, but you smell bad too!" Very economical.
