This poor woman is dead now. Gasp, do we have another Vince Foster scenario on our hands? Maybe we can get Moveon to make this ad and go all over tv with this story.

"A Fort Bend County woman files a lawsuit on former Governor and current sitting President George W. Bush.

Margie Schoedinger of Missouri City, Texas has filed a lawsuit against George W. Bush in Fort Bend County Court. In her suit she is alleging "race based harassment and individual sex crimes committed against her and her husband." The suit lists numerous offenses and asks for actual damages, punitive damages and judgments against George W. Bush."

Gee, the Christian fundamentalists just can't win. The ones I know get ridiculed editing their children's viewing

Well, I have no problems editing what my children watch so in that regard, I'm probably like a Christian funadamentalist ;o) At some point though, you have to let your children out in the big bad world (over to their friend's houses) and sometimes I have a problem with what happens over there (when the parents have a different view of what's acceptable etc...) I must admit that I was quite surprised and disillusioned with the material they let their kids (and mine) watch (R rated movies and games rated "teen" etc...) and also with what they didn't allow their kids to watch (like Harry Potter which the parents had never seen or read). I respect their views though and made sure that we didn't watch or touch on any dicey issues when their kids were over at my place. It's too bad they didn't respect mine.

I actually have issues with any sort of fundamentalism though no matter what religion it is. sorry again for going OT, but this is an interesting subject for me at least and a nice break from Bush bashing LOL.

:o)

First, Kerry has made his service an issue by making it the centerpiece of his campaign. The people who served in VietNam have the right to question Kerry's ability to be Commander in Chief just as anyone else does.

Second, Kerry really does not want people to look all that closely at what he has said and done with regards to Iraq, as he is all over the place, and cannot seem to answer a direct question about why.

Third, Kerry has been quiet about the economy as even though the jobs were lagging, the economic figures are still pretty strong. Hopefully if the oil prices can come under control, people will begin to spend again, getting money into the corporations and the hiring can begin to pick up again.
