What will you do if Bush wins?

I would like to know what you all will do if Bush wins? I don't know if I can handle another 4 years. Any ideas of how to reclaim our country and restore democracy and freedom? I'm worried that another 4 years will increase the authoritariansm and absolute power that Bush has come to claim and further trample on our constitution and individual liberties. I'm truly frightened.

I would not get too confident about Bush winning, but Kerry seems to be trying to do everything he can to prevent himself from winning.

Too true! If his handlers just let 'Kerry be Kerry,' he won't stand a chance.

If President Bush wins, I will breathe a sigh of relief.

I don't understand how a middle class person could vote the Democratic ticket. The Democrats would all like you to believe that they are on your side and the Republicans are on the side of "the rich". Just an FYI, the Democratic definition of "the rich" is anybody that can support themselves without government assistance. Just like those "tax cuts for the rich". Well, I'm certainly far from rich and received a tax cut. The only people that shouldn't have received a tax cut are those that don't pay taxes.

I don't want managed government health care. I pay for health care at my job and can choose the plan that fits with my family's needs. Anybody that needs emergency help can go to the emergency room and get treated. As far as education, I choose to send my daughters to a Charter School and I'm glad there is now a choice.

<<>>

Please explan how President Bush has made it easier for the rich to keep on stealing from the majority. When a Democrat is in office, more of our tax dollars are stolen to pay for people and programs many of us may not believe in or believe to be very inefficient. Such as our country's Welfare program.

I believe now that we were attacked on September 11, most of use do feel less safe. But that's not due to anything President Bush has done; that is due to feeling more vulnerable after having our country attacked.

Exactly. Our primary care doctor just closed down his practice and is working for a rehab center now. He was the best doctor we ever had. In his mid to late 40's, took the time to talk to you about things, believed in many of the things I believe in and he waqs just fantastic. I really want to see some changes where these good doctor could reopen their practices.

I love that idea too. I would love to take all the money that I pay in Social Security and take care of it myself in a better plan. I am already saving and investing on my own, but doing something like this would help tremendously.

well your sigh of relief is indicating that you feel that he had the same amount of power as avoiding devastation can only occur if he is in office, so If your going to put down soemones question, then dont reinfoce it's validity in the same post. It is the bush administration, and rebublican agenda, I think that is scarey to some of us.

I will keep on as I am and become more active in advocating a regime change.

I liken it to the girl or boy in junior high school who wants to be rich or hang with the wealthy crowd, and will turn his/her back on family or friends in order to appear available to the crowd that will use him/her for what they can, (a vote) but not ever really include him/her, let alone ever remember his or her name....although some might call it the american dream, I call it the american delusion.

"If President Bush wins, I will breathe a sigh of relief."

Better make sure the place you do it is safe, as Bush is the most environmentally unfriendly president we have had in decades. You might not only inhale toxins, but your chances of getting emphysema or lung disease due to environmental pollutants are increased greatly with im in office. Any envornmentally freindly thing he had done has been for show, and he has not seen a thing through.

so I do recommend exhaling.........

inhaling on the other hand.....
