I would like to know what you all will do if Bush wins? I don't know if I can handle another 4 years. Any ideas of how to reclaim our country and restore democracy and freedom? I'm worried that another 4 years will increase the authoritariansm and absolute power that Bush has come to claim and further trample on our constitution and individual liberties. I'm truly frightened.

Has there ever been a candidate who posessed all christian qualities? I grow weary of your posts to me. they tell me how wrong I am and ask for info and when I tell you what it is you want to know, you never respond. The effort is not worth my time, Renee.

We shouldn't count those though that are choosing not to look for work We have a friend that got laid off 2 years ago and according to his wife is too busy playing games on line to look for work. He had some opportunities, but chose not to take them. We have another friend in a similar situation. My husband on the other hand lost his job and found one within weeks. And that was 2 years ago when things were supposedly bad. All without a college education and he's doing pretty well. But then there are the others that are choosing not to work and whining that they can't find a job. One little thing they are forgetting is that they have to look for a job. It's not going to come find them.

I'm not so sure that's what was meant by the comment you are talking about. I would think it more has to do with this Pres has no problem attempting to change our rights based on his religion. Not that he is showing his religion. I don't mind someone who is willing to say what they believe, but I don't want them trying to force their belief on me. Or anyone else for that matter. We are free to believe whatever we like at this point, but steps have been taken this term to take some freedoms from people, based on religious belief.

Looks like in many cases:

As far as with Medicaid, not all states allow it. Or it's allowed when they're medically necessary.

I don't think they should be covered at all.

I haven't seen anything cleaned off these boards since I've been on. But who knows maybe they do eventually.

I totally agree and alot of people have been unemployed long enough to lose unemployment.

It's all political spin. Reps claim good economy, Dems claim bad. I don't personally think economy is all about how many are employed/unemployed, has alot to do with quality, pay and benifits of those jobs that are being created. I don't think that has been good for the economy at all.

Reading through this thread and tracking through some of your others posts, it is becoming clearly obvious that you just like to stir turds...shrug...to each their own.
