Surely no one can miss the timing of Bush's acceptance speech and the fact that one of the biggest hurricanes in decades is about to strike the state of Florida? Florida, the fifedom of his brother. Florida, the state of corrupted vote-counts.

And Georgia, just north, will also receive punishment. Georgia, the state of Zell Miller.

Beware, ye followers of false prophets! For who can stand against the will of God! His mighty winds shall blow the false followers out from their inequity! Repent! Vote for his true followers!

(For a full and complete copy of this sermon, just send $5.00 and a self-addressed stamped envelop to me, olddude, at olddude50, Grand Cental Station, New York, New York.)

Seriously, just after the B1 bombers, housed at Whiteman Air Force base in Missouri, bombed Iraq, the biggest set of tornados in the state's history hit. And the day after Bush's acceptance speech, and the day after the American commander annouces that his troops intend to continue their attack on al-Sadr milita, one of the biggest hurricane in decades hits Florida, the state govened by Bush's brother. The second big storm in weeks. Hasn't happened since 1950, or so.

Coincidence? Well, you decide.

excellent, thank you

I'm a bit depressed about the politics in the UK now, I just took the Political Compass test (http://www.politicalcompass.org) only to find that the only party that is near me on that scale are the Greens, who will, in all likelihood, not see government in my lifetime. Oh well :o)

Hi,

Try http://www.democraticunderground.com I haven't read through the whole site but I think there's some information there. I just found it last night so I'll have to go through the site some more. There's also a discussion board too and I'm sure someone there could help too if the site doesn't provide information. I read your post and do agree with you about marriage and divorce. If I married a man and in the beginning he was sweet and wonderful but as I was with him more he started showing a different and more abusive side I would want to get out to protect myself and any children involved. ESPECIALLY if a child was involved. If you couldn't get out you would end up running away and hiding and the husband would still have a hold on you and drag you home and end up beating you to death and possibly harming the child. Growing up in the Church (if you're wondering I'm Church of Christ but I do believe in other things as well and am very open-minded and involved with the spiritual realms) I've always been taught to treat people fairly and it's not our place to judge but God's alone, so if a same sex couple wants to get married then it's up to them. If it is sinful (remember: we still don't know what it's like on the other side until we return there so in reality we don't know no matter if there is a Bible or not cause not everybody believes in it) then it'll be up to God to deal with and the individual person and not a President. I've always thought that the Church and State was supposed to be seperate because of religious freedoms. I hope that website I gave you does help you some, but if not I'll try to find another site later this evening. Let me know if that site helps. Feel free to E-mail me too, my address is in my profile I'm pretty sure. XOXO.
