antichrist?

Some people I have spoken to recently say that George Bush is the antichrist. I find it funny as I am agnostic, But they have a point as he has made not a single connection between 9/11 and our war, except that they happened at around the same time. I wonder how a person can justify that. How can they prove that we are in the right place, and have any right to be in this war? I hear a lot of people say that fighting terrorists is the number one thing to worry about, but how many can tel me they have just cause to believe that these torrorists are who GWB says they are? and does it not seem to bother some people or even occur to them that he actually makes a profit off of this war.... Nobody wants to respond to that... why?

I haven't heard Bush referred to as the antichrist but I've heard him called a false prophet...and a lot of other things.

I am amazed at how Bush supporters can herald him as the #1 fighter of terrorism when he started a war against a country that seems to have less of a connection with terrorists than most other countries in the middle east. They don't seem able to connect the dots - or they don't want to.

I hate to say "They" but it seems like a lot of bush supporters dont want to connect the dots.

It would be a tough pill to swallow, I imagine.

I'm not a religious person either, nor a student of the Bible, but I remember reading an article someone sent me a couple of months back mentioning the similarities between what the Antichrist supposedly is and Bush. This article SOUNDS like the one I read, but not sure, it was all I could find. I don't believe in that stuff, but I guess a lot of people do.
