But I understand the ends justify the means because Gore lost in 2000.>
Can you just please get over it already?? It has been 4 long years!!!! But I do not know how I am attempting in demoralizing, when these are the hard facts. Yes, these people have actually died, do you not believe that? Or do you think Gore or Clinton are to blame for these deaths in some way and not the fact that Bush took us to war?
THEY ARE DEAD!This thread is called The Truth about Iraq, and this is a truth. Ok?? If you think that is propoganda, I don't know what to tell you.
As for your treason remark, go ahead try me for it. :-)
Oh yeah, so you understand the meaning of the 2 words you keep throwing at me! Neither one applies to me.........

So you instead prefer to ignore the costs of the war in case it might "demoralize" someone? How about blindly supporting the commander in cheif while at the same time ignoring the realities?
It is preferable to NOT count the dead in case it might demoralize someone by shedding some light on how many and who have died for the cause? How about by ignoring these deaths and sweeping them under the rug you demoralize the families of those that have lost their loved ones to this war by not acknowledging their sacrifice?
As for the Iraqis...the US does not officially count the dead on the other side so the numbers range from 10,000 to 30,000 dead Iraqis. Is it not prudent to count them or do you think that the average Bush supporter if they knew how many people were dying over there might stop to wonder about it. That by "liberating" the Iraqi people they are "liberating" countless of their lives. How many dead Iraqis (and US soldiers) will it take before some of those who staunchly support the war will say....OK wait a minute here. Would they prefer not to be faced by this moral dilemna at all preferring the peace of mind that comes from not counting the dead.
How many dead Iraqis does it take to equal one Saddam Hussein? How many Americans? Does it matter to you at all as long as no one becomes demoralized and no one questions the all knowing Commander in chief.
It's not treason to "erode support for the commander in chief" even during a war. If that were true we'd have to suspend elections during wartime, which would be the end of America as a democracy. Is that really what you want? The more the right throws around the T word, the more the left throws around the F word.
