So, what did everybody think? This debate was my first (missed last yr's) and I enjoyed it. I liked how they were both respectful to each other and professional. No sighing, making facial expressions, slouching etc. I can't wait for the vp debates. :) XOXO.

Source please? Thanks!
Actually they thought bin Laden was somewhere in the large mountainous region on the Afghanistan – Pakistan border.
Who knows where he is now?
Bush certainly doesn’t appear to.
He apparently doesn’t think about it much either, remember?
>>He also stated that he would form alliances (already done)<<
Ok I know how this one goes.
I say he meant an alliance that didn't leave the US with 90% of the casualties and spending 90% of the money.
Then someone jumps all over me for insulting America’s real allies.
so you can skip that part.
>>Iran was sanctioned in the Clinton administration and Bush has continued it.<<
Well you’re partially right.
Bush chose to not enforce the Iran sanctions enacted under Clinton before he chose to enforce them.
And Cheney didn't support them as CEO of Haliburton before he became VP and supported them.
>>>In March 1995, Clinton signed an executive order that prohibited "new investments (in Iran) by U.S. persons, including commitment of funds or other assets." It also restricts U.S. companies from performing services "that would benefit the Iranian oil industry. Violation of the order can result in fines of as much as $500,000 for companies and up to 10 years in jail for individuals."
When Bush and Cheney were sworn into office in 2001 the administration decided it would not punish foreign oil and gas companies that invest in Iran or other countries that sponsor terrorism, including Syria and Libya.
The sanctions imposed on countries such as Iran and Libya before were blasted by Cheney before he became vice president, despite claims that those countries may have ties to terrorism.
"I think we'd be better off if we, in fact, backed off those sanctions (on Iran), didn't try to impose secondary boycotts on companies ... trying to do business over there ... and instead started to rebuild those relationships," Cheney said during a 1998 business trip to Sydney, Australia, according to Australia's Illawarra Mercury newspaper.<<<

I think there's some other condition that the audience is to be made up of undecided voters, half leaning Kerry, half leaning Bush.
Not sure how they will determine that.
There's probably a bunch of other details as well.
Give the lady a stuffed bear!!!
It's basic stuff like this that makes me wonder how Bush ever got an MBA.
From Harvard no less.
Oh now I see. You didn't assume I should submit a post.
You were wondering where a post was that you thought I should submit.
Thanks for clearing that up.
