(LAUGHTER)
CHENEY: Well, the reason they keep mentioning Halliburton is because they're trying to throw up a smokescreen. They know the charges are false.

Some people criticized John Kerry after his debate with Bush for mentioning a website to elaborate a point.

I particularly liked the part in the debate where the moderator asked Cheney about the economy and Cheney proceeded to answer her question instead about education-then Edwards commented to the moderator, making a nice subtle jab at Cheney's avoidance of a damning topic where he and Bush are concerned-Was your question not about the economy? (I paraphrase here obviously.)
