I'll be brief... Bush did not look like he wished to be elsewhere tonight. Beyond that, Kerry again wins. An incumbent should have an advantage; they live the issues daily. Kerry clearly bested him on so many things. Bush also showed arrogance by talking over Charles Gibson.

Bush is in deep doo doo.

I also didn't like that either. Shouldn't someone be able to admit to a mistake? Even Kerry has said he has done that, if he changed his mind about something with new evidance he wasn't stubborn and stayed on the same track. Bush isn't doing that even with the knowledge we now know about Iraq and Saddam. :\

He also gave examples of people (even republicans!) who agree with him.

what debated were YOU watching? because that is not how it happened on my TV screen. Here's a hint, if they were animated cartoon carachters, then you might not have been watching the right debate.

LOL, good one! I watched on Public tv. I trust them more, (minimal sponsorship means fewer biases in my book!) But that is funny... How WOULD they do that???

I watched a stream from CSPAN 2 on the internet (I don't have cable and no news/network stations come in-- we do have MTV2 and the Home Shopping Network though;o) ). It was nice because there was no commentary at all.

Rayeellen, this patriot act scares me, our 4th amn, rights are being violated, I read a story about a guy that said Bush was an a-hole about the Iraq war,was heard in public, someone turned him in and the FBI came to the guys house? I cannot believe that we have people acting like the KGB in this country? I hope that congress re-evals it and changes somenthings not to take away our const. rigts.

We hear much about Kerry being this rich snob, and it riles me because while I don't think Bush is snobbish, he was a spoiled child, and it carried into adulthood. He has little respect for political opponents, didn't have any for Charles Gibson, totally disrespected the woman who asked the 'mistakes' question, jumped out of his seat when Kerry was speaking, looked angry... this is a person who clearly does not like criticism, and who will dismiss alternate viewpoints... any wonder intelligence indicating there were no wmd's was dismissed so easily?
