I'll be brief... Bush did not look like he wished to be elsewhere tonight. Beyond that, Kerry again wins. An incumbent should have an advantage; they live the issues daily. Kerry clearly bested him on so many things. Bush also showed arrogance by talking over Charles Gibson.

Bush is in deep doo doo.

Kerry hasn't changed over Iraq. I've never heard him change anyways and I've been following him for a good while now. *shrug*

And all Bush can do is call Kerry a flipflopper and have a poor record on the Senate. Not much going on there. He flips out when people challenge him.

You are absolutely right. A few weeks ago I went to a meeting at my sons high school. At the end of the meeting the teacher was explaining to the parents that showed up about how students are coming to school hungry, wearing the same clothes every day, etc. She said that it's hard to teach children who are hungry and can't concentrate at school, some of the teachers are keeping food in their classes even though they are not supposed to, just so they can give these starving kids something to eat. One of the teachers is even giving away sneakers to kids who are wearing shoes that are to small or extremely worn out. The teacher said that they have always had poor students, but this year the problem has gotten extremely bad, because there are so many poor students. The teachers are doing all of this for their students out of their own pockets, so she asked if we could donate anything, food, clothes, even shoe laces. She stated that these kids don't want designer clothes, the just want more than one outfit to wear. This is what Bush's policies have done to our country and it is wrong!!!!!

Oh tell me about it. Shortly after the debate I was on the MSNBC website and they had 2 anaylsts giving their opinion of each answer. I am sorry I can't remember the anaylsts name, but he was the one that was leaning towards the left. This man was discussing how Bush fails to make any mistakes and he said that it was hard to believe that after having the toughest job in the country for 4 years that Bush did not make any mistakes at all and that Bush was either the second coming of the Messiah or so arrogant that he was frightening! I just loved that. I got hysterical. And he is right.

Djie, don't know if you saw my post, but those 40,000 troops are not meant to serve in Iraq... they are to increase the size of the overall American military...

Didn't see your post, but I'm aware that they are not meant to serve in Iraq.

Isn't it interesting how Kerry doesn't tell where he'll get them from? He just states he will add 40,000 and everyone here seems to have stopped wondering and seem to be fine with that hollow statement.

He isn't agreeing with how
