The polls reflect it.  Lots of airheads supporting McCain now simply because he choose a woman VP.  His ploy is working.

How pathetic.

Hey, I'm with you with the pandering is desperate in the McCain camp, but watch that airhead stuff. lol. They're still women after all. Once they see that Sarah is a liar, they will go back to being angry and ignore Mccain. lol.

OK - vacuous would be a better word (as in lacking in intelligence).

I guess that's why we should be required to pass a test before voting. I doubt the flockers have any idea where each candidate stands on the issues.

I think the polls are showing McCain's "bounce" from the convention... It's to be expected. There is no way to know if it's because of Palin or not.

Wow. OK, I am a die-hard Obama guy this election, but I actually do think that was sexist.

I don't disagree that some people seem to be fooled by Palin's image (instead of the reality), but "hens?" And let's not forget, many voters described having voted for Bush because they "felt like he was a guy you could have a beer with," despite the fact that Bush is a recovering alcoholic. And even if he weren't, most of those who said such things will never even meet the man, and don't really know him, anyway. "Airheadedness" doesn't discriminate on the basis of gender, so we shouldn't either.

Now in darkness, world stops turning
Ashes where the bodies burning
No more war pigs have the power
Hand of God has sturck the hour
Day of judgement, God is calling
On their knees, the war pigs crawling Begging
