"I think he just said that McCain was helping Bin Laden evade capture. He has to be the dumbest person on TV. "

McCain said it, not Olbermann. McCain is the "dumbest person" who indicated he knows how to catch bin Ladin and if you want to catch bin Ladin you need to elect McCain.

Apparently you don't assign any blame on Bush or McCain for not catching bin Ladin. We had bin Ladin in our sights in Tora Bora. Bush and Rumsfeld turned our military on Iraq instead of using it to try to catch bin Ladin. In fact, had Bush caught bin Ladin at that time, it would have hurt his case for war with Iraq because one of the reasons Bush said we needed to invade Iraq was to stop al Qaeda. As we now know, Iraq was not linked to al Qaeda in reality. To the contrary, we now know from Suskind that the Administration had evidence manufactured to falsify a connection.

So I think you are criticizing the wrong person. Let's not kill the messenger. Bush and McCain are the problem.

I guess that is KO's warped sense of logic. If McCain say he could catch Bin Laden, then of course he is helping Bin Laden. Yeah, that makes sense. Again, biggest idiot there is.

Actually I think you hit the nail right on the head. My son and I watch him sometimes just for laughs. Anytime something goes well for McCain, he melts down. I am almost embarrassed to admit that we do find it entertaining at times to watch his complete and utter self destruction. He is indeed the biggest ignoramus on TV.

Actually this rant from K.O. is comedic. It is something I would expect to see on Saturday Night Live or something. I can't see how it's worthy of any kind of serious debate.

I couldn't get it to play. I'll try again in a bit. Maybe too many people are trying to access it right now?

"I guess that is KO's warped sense of logic. If McCain say he could catch Bin Laden"

Again, you are killing the messenger. McCain says if we want to catch bin Ladin we need to elect him because he knows how to do it. That's the warped sense of logic. If McCain knows how to catch BL, then why has he been sitting on his hands all these years?

And wasn't it Obama who said we need to get more aggressive in going after al Qaeda, even if they are in Pakistan? I seem to remember the Republicans jumping all over Obama for that before they flip flopped and started taking his advice.

For this reason and more, I think Obama would have a much better chance of catching bin Ladin. Obama knew from the start that Iraq was a diversion from taking care of al Qaeda. That's why we are fuming. Because Bush, McCain and the rest of the Republicans have a thousand excuses and diversions, big and small, that prevent us from achieving our most important foreign policy goal of eradicating the truly evil enemy that attacked us on 9/11.
