Al Qaeda Leader Proves Adept At Evading U.S. Tactics, Which Are Causing New Problems

Actually if Bush had concentrated the troops in Afghanistan in the first place instead of a diversion into Iraq, we would have Bin Laden by now and we would not be facing these problems now.

If a Democrat were the President, the Republicans would be going batty over this. The fact that Republicans try to excuse this to protect their party and get their politicians reelected simply proves that their motto, in reality, is AMERICA LAST.

This is an outrage. I want bin Ladin. I want him taken out. I want him captured or killed. 7 years ago. Where the hell is he President Bush and McCain? We deserve a better answer than we'll have to reelect you to find out.

Whatever happened to the captain being responsible for the ship on his or her watch? These Republicans are doing everything they can to avoid accountability. It's pathetic.

They don't call him "Osama Bin Forgotten" for nothing, you know!

Pathetic? Yes. Surprising? No.

Kyle "Dusty" Foggo, the former Republian third-in-command at the CIA for many years, is currently threatening to spill the beans (and he knows virtually ALL the beans) on every covert agent he's ever worked with, if the government doesn't "go easy" on him in his upcoming trial on a thirty-count indictment for fraud, money laundering and a few other tawdry felonies, in the Jack Abramoff/Duke Cunningham scandal. I guess he must have seen the example put forth by Richard "That-Ain't-Why-They-Call-Him-"Dick" Cheney, "Scooter" Libby and the boys during the Valerie Plame outing - namely, that if saving your butt (even if you're guilty as sin) is on the line, it's just FINE to endanger US intellingence assets and agents throughout the world. Here is a guy (Foggo) who would unquestionably, a few years ago, if questioned about any of his dealings, have quite happily and arrogantly thrown the mantle of "patriotic defender of national security" around his own shoulders, and haughtily told his questioners that they were free to buzz off, because he had important work to do, keeping the country safe so communist scum like them could continue to push their tired lies in peace. Lo, how the mighty have fallen....

Shameful? Yes. Pathetic? Yes. Surprising, in this GOP Culture Of Corruption™?

Hardly.

Just curious. it sounds like you could possibly be, but yet....well you sound like you think you know where to find the bad guy. if you are in the military, why not bring it to your commanding officers instead of ivillage.
