Former U.S. Senator and current John McCain economic advisor Phil Gramm says that we are in a mental recession in this country. The economy is fine. We Americans are just a nation of whiners. We have is really good here. I know people who have been laid off. I have seen many businesses in my area fold. I have seen people have their houses foreclosed on. These people involved were all hard-working, taxpaying citizens.
Things are not well with our economy. If elected, John McCain, who supports the present economy policies, plans more of the same.
Let me assure everyone that we are in a real recession. There is nothing mental about it. We are headed toward the second depression in our nation’s history, if someone does not do something about it.
We have learned from Katrina and Iraq that we cannot count on George W. Bush or his good budy John McCain.
