Here is a cool website where you can enter your family filing status and AGI and see whether/how your family will benefit tax-wise from the candidates' proposed tax plans:

I keep reading over and over the redistribution of wealth, well, it seems to me that Bush redistributed plenty to the wealthy and cut programs for the Middle Class and poor, and cuts from Social Security.

Oh, so if it goes back to the top it is not called redistribution?

If the wealthy earned it legally & pay the highest tax rate already, where does "going back to the top" since I had a legal right to it to begin with.

If I cut a record as a singer and I make $1 Mil. off of selling 500,000 CDs, the 500,000 people who bought my CD did not lose money or "give it back" to me; they merely chose to spend that $15 on my CD versus something else.

((I am voting for McCain and Palin. I hear ya about not supporting liars so I will not be voting for Messiah Obama.

Socialized medicine is like having no insureance - HELLO!!))

So, you support McCain's decision to stay in Iraq and bomb Iran? How about his desire to dismantle SSI and the Dept of Education? How about opening our borders to free trade, which helps businesses move their operations outside of our borders? And McCain's hands-off the economy plan? How is that going to reduce the deficit?

Oh, and if Barack IS the Messiah, watch out for calling him a liar!! GOODBYE! lol.

<"The number you put in is your AGI which is calculated before deductions

The 'A' in AGI stands for 'adjusted', as in AGI = gross income - deductions.

Why should someone making only 35,000 have to pay 20% of their income to taxes, and someone making 350,000 only pay 20%. The person making 350,000 has plenty of spendable income, but the person making 35,000 and paying 20% in taxes, probably should even think about buying products the person making 350,000 makes. How about that?

Never mind the fact that those who are very successful also donate a lot of money to charities. It's definitely not fair to penalize those who make money with taxes, when dollar for dollar they donate much more than the average person does.

The point is Warren and many others like him pay lower tax rates on their income because of the way they earn that income.

The difference is 7,000 vs 70,000. why assume that just because you make more money, you don't have bills to pay either?
