Palin's Legal Problems

Palin's refusal to testify, and her admonition for others to ignore subpoenas in the TrooperGate investigation, is very troubling. The commission is exactly the same now as it was before she was nominated, and of course the proceedings are a media circus now that she has become famous, but the fact remains that there is a significant obstruction of justice underway - (anybody remember where we've seen that before?)

The more that we learn about this woman, the more uneasy I become...

Why would it be a feather in Obama's camp?
Thank you, nicole_ftm for my siggy!
None of your
This Palin woman has a number of issues that you have not even touched on.
I don't dislike Sarah Palin, but I'll agree the reason I don't support her candidacy is that she is a conservative (stong or weak minded not being of particular importance to me).
There are a lot of things that trouble me about the McCain-Palin candidacy, but the blatant obstruction of justice campaign that is now underway in Alaska is beginning to eclipse everything else, in my mind.
The Los Angeles Times reports that Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin's political capital is eroding at home.

Her choice to have a special needs child has nothing to do with her current legal problems. Her failure to maintain the transparency she promised when she ran for office is the problem. The investigation began before she was nominated and it seems was driven by republicans in her state, not democrats. Read the above article - it is an eye opener. Maverick? I think not.
