Also I don't think many people had tvs at that time, just from what  my mother has told me of her life, they were farmers which may have made a difference perhaps.

The funny thing is, Al Gore never claimed to have invented the Internet, and he WAS very influential in getting the current infrastructure off the ground.

Biden's gaffes kind of just amuse me, but yeahhhhh pretty bad.

Gore perhaps overstated his role, but he legitimately can claim to have taken some initiative in its current state.
