Sarah Makes Katie Nervous

In all the excitement of today's news I wonder how many saw the interview with Katie Couric today. Sarah did great. Katie had the nervous blinking syndrome. It was so interesting to watch Katie's reactions to Sarah - between all the blinks - I could sense some real hatred. I enjoyed watching it.

Here it is :

>And OT: has Obama ever been asked how he will/does combine his parentship with his possibly being voted into the WH?<

I would agree that any such questions asked of Palin are sexist and not relavent to the race.

As for your other points, yes, the running mate should know the Presidential candidate's stance backwards and forwards. The running mate is supposed to be capable of running the White House in the event that the candidate is incapacitated. Palin has not shown that she has even a basic grasp of national economic, energy, defense, nor international policy.

I will also note that a friend of mine who is originally from her but has lived in Canada for some time, still works here, obtains her health insurance through here and still uses our health care system rather than the Canada socialist healthcare system.

According to this link, Canada is a socialist country:

The session ran out, and it never even made it to the floor.

<<Where you are going is potentially a violation of TOS...>>

Well, I don't think so. I'm certainly not going to report her (and perhaps I did come off as a trifle condescending - though I'm certainly not alone around here in that regard, I can tell you that).

I actually find the tone of your posts very condescending.

Yes....and I'm willing to bet you have some very goof friends who would agree with that.

Your link discussed parties in Canada, while mine discusses economies.

Getting back on track here, Palin was asked about examples of McCain's record; she knows where he stands on the issues.
