Never - ever - have I heard more a vacuous, vapid response to a question from a major candidate for public office:

Please, people.  Please.  You cannot put this bimbo in the White House.

When economic inequity is directed at the poor, it's called "harmony" and "Americanism." When it's directed at the rich, it's called "communism and "class warfare."

Thank you...case closed.

Apparently not, LOL. That suit was dismissed. Nice try, though.

it seems pretty obvious that if Palin wanted Wooten fired, she would have said so.

No, LOL, that's just your assumption ("it seems pretty obvious"). In fact, Palin is smart enough to recognize that outright, overt abuse of power like that would be a smoking gun which - especially if caught on paper or on tape of some kind - would be impossible to gainsay. But repeatedly calling on Monegan, or having husband or staff do it, and rehash all of Wooten's supposed "deficiencies," along with lines like "we just don't think he's fit to be a trooper," could indeed fall under the category of unethical pressure, quite easily.

Hey, here's another horrible abuse of power...Obama got a million dollars of taxpayer money for his wife's company. Let's investigate! LOL!

Go right ahead. I have no doubt there will be ridiculous, dark mutterings from the fever swamps of wingnuttia during the Obama Presidency, similar to the "Bill Clinton shot Vince Foster" or "Bill Clinton ran cocaine out of the Mena airport" lines that we all heard during the Clinton years. And those mutterings will only increase when investigations are ruled invalid or baseless in court - that will serve only to "prove" to the wingnuts that it's true.

Meanwhile, on the other hand, the judicial branch seems to be on the side of allowing THIS investigation to go forward, into Gov. Mooseburger's abuse(s) of power.

Looks to me like Obama is being accused of old-fashioned liberalism, so guess a new term is unneeded.

I think Hillary is going to be a mahvelous addition to the Supremes.

Palin supports an investigation...just not a partisan one designed to attack the McCain campaign...

Horse doots.

Palin supported this investigation, right up until the time she was chosen as McCain's VP, saying "hold me accountable." It has only been since her selection as John McCain's Hail Mary that she and the "First Dud" have started clamming up, violating the law, refusing to testify, etc.

Do you have proof there weren't WMDs in Iraq?
