Sarah Palin could not give Katie Couric one example of a Supreme Court ruling other than Roe v. Wade that she disagreed with.  Yet several months ago, as Governor of Alaska, she gave a speech about being disappointed in the ruling of the Supreme Court in the Exxon v Baker decision. Her own state, for crying out loud.   Are you Palin lovers gonna blame THAT on Obama, Biden, or Ifill?

Furthermore, in another thread I see that the only Supreme Court decision that most of you can recall is Roe v. Wade.  Even junior high school students know about the Miranda Law.  Sheesh.  And you people are going to be choosing the next President of the United States.

I wish there was some basic IQ test everyone who is registering to vote would have to take in order to become eligible.

And maybe the same kind of test should be applied

>>Biden didn't come up with one decision either he just talked about the one he tried to get passed that failed.<<

Supreme Court ruling (aka: decision) was the reason it failed.

But I should point out, to the OP, that the question wasn't "Can you name

And while she has mocked reading people their rights (something that seriously disturbs me) I don't think she's fully prepared to come out and say she disagrees with Miranda laws.

Show me where she has done that.

It left me a little confused though b/c he seemed to have 3 views in a very short period of time:

  1. get osama, then worry about what to do with him
  2. take out anyone involved with 9/11
  3. sometimes we get the wrong people and they have rights

doesn't 2 take out 1 and 3 take out 2 and 3 seem to indiciate if
