Hi everyone --

We wanted to get your reaction to the Vice Presidential debate between Senator Joe Biden and Governor Sarah Palin. Did you watch? What did you think -- and who do you consider the winner? Were there any surprises? Tell us what you considered to be the highlights, the low points and everything in between.

Please note: This discussion will be featured on our homepage as well as our Election 2008 feature page (http://www.ivillage.com/0,,dkrjhqbk,00.html) and may elicit some "Guest" responses from our "Talkback" box tool on the page. Inappropriate responses that violate our Terms of Service will be removed.

Thanks for your input!

Hands down, Sarah Palin! I am proud that she is on the Republican ticket. She's down to earth and I believe she truly has the American people at heart. I think she's refreshing and those that don't think so must feel threatened by her. Why not? She's a truth-teller and tells it how it is, which we don't usually get from politicians. Her and McCain are a great team!

Huh? Most economists support Obama's plans - and his candidacy.

Sarah Palin was her typicaly non-responsive cutesy self. From a content perspective Biden. From a PR perspective, Palin pulled herself out of a ditch.

McCain said he broke and was ashamed for it. I wouldn't make judgments on a man that was undergoing horrific torture and how I would react. Were you ever captured and tortured?

<>I think Obama, surrounded with the right cabinet, can achieve quite a bit of what he is proposing.<>

My fear deepens... thanks.
