We wanted to get your reaction to the Vice Presidential debate between Senator Joe Biden and Governor Sarah Palin. Did you watch? What did you think -- and who do you consider the winner? Were there any surprises? Tell us what you considered to be the highlights, the low points and everything in between.

It is my understanding that the VP candidates were not allowed notecards but, rather, were allowed to make notes when they reached the podium.

I'm embarrassed to say, I do not know what that means. (Maybe that's why SP does NOT appeal to me.) I'll take a guess and say it's the guy who sits in front of the TV watching football on Sunday afternoons with a six pack of beer in front of him.

LOL! It's funny how quickly the left goes from attacking and smearing Palin who's "one breath away from the Presidency" to "she may have "won", but she ain't the one running for president." The irony...and hypocrisy...is staggering.
Not you specifically, of course...welcome aboard.
Biden was better.
Palin was not as awful as I thought she would be.

Here’s my thoughts on the debate tonight.
Joe Biden seemed much more real. Joe Biden answered the questions, stayed on point, did not speak in hyperbole. These two may have similar middle class backgrounds, but Joe seems a man of conviction, she seems well rehearsed.
Sarah’s folksy speak may woo people who have no idea about issues, but it was actually used as a distraction tactic to avoid showing how little she knows substantively. She didn’t answer the questions numerous times and instead used canned memorized answers. Joe added nuances to his answers. You could tell these are not her
